Subterranean Homesick Alien by Radiohead capo on 3rd. standard tuning. I use this on my acoustic and it sounds pretty good to me. It's somewhat simplified but you can certainly improvise around this. Listen to the album version or even a live version to get the basic rhythm. Then just alternate between the two last chords.
