Capo: no capo
Tuning: E A D G B E
figured this out with my bass teacher. its the live version on a little south of sanity.
standard tuning, some staccato bass on the low Fb. listen to the music for the rhythm.
baic riff, verse
G|-----------------|------------------|
D|-----------------|------------------|
A|--3-3---------1-3|--3-3---------1-3-|
E|------1-1-2-3----|------1-1-2-3-----|
i make up my own riffs in here sometimes, maybe just walking up and down the chromatics,
it sounds really cool. its in the key of C major with a few exceptions on the bass
whereit switches to c minor and minor pentatonic. have fun with this part.
intro, bridge
G|----------------------|-----------------------|
D|---------2-------2----|--------2--------2---2-|
A|--0-1-2----0-1-2------|--0-1-2----0-1-2-------|
E|--------------------0-|-------------------0---|
Chourus(however you spell it)
G|--------------------------3--------------|---------------------------------|
D|-----------1-2-3-3-3--3-5---5--3--(1)----|---------------------------------|
A|--3-3-3--3-------------------------6---3-|---------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------|---------------------------------|
that last little run is the c minor pentatonic scale (by the way) so use any fingering
you like for it, this is just the 2 ways i find it easiest.
intermediate difficulty just because of the chorus and some other rhythm things inthere,
but fairly simple.
