HOW DEEP THE FATHER'S LOVE FOR US - Owl City
Tabbed by Omegaxis26
Standard Tuning, No Capo
Hi guys! This is Omegaxis26 with another tab of Owl City's How Deep the Father's Love for us. I
think the intro is accurate enough, and I think the chords are fine since I transcribed it by ear.
Please read the notes at the end of this tab please. I'm not that good at making tabs and chords
from scratch so I hope for your consideration. Enjoy! 😀

How vAmast beyond all mGeasure
That CHe should give His Fonly Son
To mAmake a wretch His tGreasure
How gCreat the pain of sFearing loss,
The FAmather turns His fGace away
As woCunds which mar the cFhosen One,
Bring Ammany sons to gGlory
BehCold the Man uFpon a cross,
My sAmin upon His sGhoulders
AsChamed I hear my Fmocking voice,
Call Amout among the sGcoffers
Instrumental
Repeat Intro x4
It wCas my sin that hFeld Him there
UntAmil it was accGomplished
His Cdying breath has bFrought me life
I kAmnow that it is fGinished
I wCill not boast in Fanything
No gAmifts, no power, no wGisdom
But CI will boast in JFesus Christ
His dAmeath and resurrGection
Why shCould I gain from FHis reward?
I cAmannot give an Ganswer
But tChis I know with Fall my heart
His wAmounds have paid my rGansom
TChis, I know with aFll my heart,
His wAmounds have paid my rGanCsom.
Notes:
-> In the Intro, you can change the 3rd string, 12th fret to 2nd string 8 if you think the first
one is too stretchy. Both of them sounds the same so it's up to you.
-> In the last part in, "This I know....", one down strum sounds good, but it's up to you how you
want to play it.
Well, that's about it guys. Thanks for stopping bye and reading this tab, God Bless everyone! 🙂
